Live-in Home Care
Physically challenged or Disability’ is a conditions that include intellectual, neurological, psycho-social, spinal, genetic, degenerative, and other permanent or chronic health impairments. The conditions may range from mild to highly complex and affects all age groups.
At Home Caring, we believe that every detail matters and understand that there is no ‘one-size-fits all’ for the Service Provider having the capacity to deliver high quality services and supports.
Many participants in the NDIS may be interested in shared accommodation or co-living arrangements.

Local Nurses (registered)
Doctors & Allied Health Practitioners with qualifications/background
Certificate 3 and 4 and Diplomas in Disability, Aged Care & Community Services and AINs

Rostering specialists & Client Services Managers
Our Home Care staff are experienced in supporting the process of readjustment, something we understand very well.
Should there be a change in your care plan, we will work with you once you are out of the hospital environment.
Our staff understand the processes in post-hospital care. This includes helping you getting out and about again, assistance to get back to your place of work, or supportive clinical care, Home Care will work with you as your partner in care through this process.
